The personal data you provide to EquitySim, Inc., including all personal data contained in the registration, is collected for the purpose of providing you with the best possible learning experience, and providing you with job opportunities. The personal data you provide to EquitySim, Inc. is also collected for the purpose of communicating recruitment initiatives to you, which may include providing you with information on any news, updates, events, competitions, scholarships as well as internship and/or employment opportunities; but EquitySim, Inc. may not do so without your consent. You will have the opportunity to object to the use of your personal data for this purpose on the EquitySim platform, by switching your account to “PRIVATE”. You have a right to access your personal data that EquitySim, Inc. holds, subject to any exceptions provided under relevant legislations. The personal data you provide to EquitySim, Inc. for the purpose of administering our events, challenges, competitions, scholarships, internship and/or employment opportunities as well as any other recruitment-related initiatives (collectively referred to as “Initiatives”). The administration of Initiatives may involve the processing of your application, assessments of your eligibility to participate and communications to you during and after such Initiatives. It is up to you whether you provide your personal data to us. However, if you decline to provide us with the personal data we require then we may not be able to process your application for any Initiatives and/or may be required to discontinue your participation in any Initiatives without further notice to you.

We also intend to use your personal data for marketing and promoting our Initiatives to you, which may include providing you with information on any news, updates, events, competitions, scholarships, internship and/or employment opportunities as well as any other recruitment-related initiatives; however we cannot do so without your consent. However, if you decline to provide us with the personal data we require then we may not be able to contact you about our latest Initiatives. EquitySim, Inc. is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
The EquitySim, Inc. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between EquitySim, Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the province and federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
